A slight change-up from my usual Crypto and NFT content schedule.

I’ve received so many messages from folks asking where the fitness posts went—plus a huge response to a blog that went viral a few weeks back.

Not long after my mom passed, my drinking spiraled out of control, and I was eating takeout three, sometimes four times a week. Pandemic-induced anxiety got me outside and walking, and what started as a few lunchtime steps turned into a full fitness routine that got me into the best shape of my life.

Here, Chris and I break down the fitness space—why losing weight, getting healthy, and even getting into the best shape of your life (regardless of age) isn’t as hard as it seems.
